ご​予約について

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we may reschedule the time for another patient. All appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice may have a cancellation fee added to your account. ​

These days, many patients rely on insurance to cover the costs of health care – and dental insurance is an important part of that coverage.
We accept many different dental insurance plans, including common options like Delta Dental PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, MetLife PPO, Guardian PPO, and Aetna PPO.
We process insurance claims at no extra charge to you, and will even work with you to obtain a breakdown of your plan benefits.
More importantly, we will happily explain how your plan works and which plan benefits will cover your dental needs.
