How Can We Help?

Can you check whether my insurance will be accepted?

Yes, we will check this information once we receive your information and your insurance company information.

Why do I get cavities even though I brush my teeth properly?

There are various possible factors. First of all, there is a difference between "brushing" and "brushing properly." Are you brushing your teeth properly?
Daily brushing, flossing and diet can all make you less susceptible to cavities. Do you eat too many sweet things? Do you drink too much juice? Try something as simple as gum or sugarless foods.

Why does my tooth hurt after I had a cavity treated?

If you experience pain when chewing, it may be because your bite is not properly aligned.
In such cases, the bite will be adjusted to correct the problem. In cases where the cavity is deep and close to the nerve, we may choose to wait and see whether it is a temporary problem before doing unnecessary Root Canal Therapy.

Why does my teeth become sensitive after Periodontal Treatment or Scaling?

After treatment, gum swelling may subside. As your gums return to normal, it may expose the roots of the teeth. This tooth layer where gum is exposed is sensitive and may be causing your symptoms. There are ointments available to ease the symptoms, so please call our office for a consultation. Using fluoride mouthwash and toothpaste with desensitizer may also be effective.

When should I start dental care for my baby?

The American Association of Pediatric Dentists (AAPD) recommends bringing your child to the dentist when their first tooth appears or by their first birthday. This early visit helps prevent dental problems and ensures proper oral health development.

When is a good time to get an Orthodontic Evaluation?

The easiest way to correct tooth color after Root canal treatment is by bleaching the tooth internally. This involves placing a small amount of dental bleaching material inside the tooth where the nerve was. This may take around 2 or more visits depending on the response of the tooth. Other options include crowns and veneers.
